inVIVO credit Customer Relationship Specialists (CRSs) are critical members of our company’s long-term growth with their primary responsibility being a champion of the inVIVO for lifesm lifetime membership program. They are energetic, confident and passionate about helping our valued clients maximize the benefits of their membership. This role will entail on-the-fly critical thinking to address any issues or problems that may come up for our clients. Additionally, the CRS will introduce and offer new products and services to our clients.
A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

A basic understanding of data entry software and applications.
To have a high school diploma or a higher education degree.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role (sales, account management, customer service). Exceptions apply to college interns.
